Description
Supply of one set of HGU-1 Reformer Catalyst to IOCL Gujarat Refinery, Jawaharnagar, Vadodara. The bidder must be the catalyst OEM and meet the stated technical, commercial experience and turnover criteria. Delivery is preferred within 03 months from the GeM order.

- Documents required: Certificate of Incorporation, Valid ISO 9001/ISO 14001 certification or other certificate issued by a government body supporting the bidder's claim as Original Manufacturer, Executed Work Orders/Purchase Orders evidencing prior supply of the offered catalyst to at least one refinery/petrochemical plant, Satisfactory Performance Certificate/letter from at least one customer/end-user or customer/end-user email; alternatively, self-certificate with Work Order/Purchase Order reference, user organisation address and contact details, Documents evidencing commercial experience under the Pre-Qualification Criteria, Documents evidencing financial turnover under the Pre-Qualification Criteria, Certificate from OEM stating percentage of local content and locations of local value addition, if claiming Make in India purchase preference, Valid Udyam Certificate and supporting documentary evidence, if claiming MSE purchase preference, Bid Security Declaration
