- Documents required: Experience Criteria, Past Performance, Bidder Turnover, Certificate (Requested in ATC), OEM Authorization Certificate, OEM Annual Turnover, Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC), Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document from seller, Supporting documents to prove eligibility for exemption from Experience / Turnover Criteria, Undertaking that bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings and is not bankrupt, PAN Card, GSTIN, Cancelled Cheque, EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank, Non Disclosure Declaration Certificate, DGQA/OEM/OES registration or approval evidence, Certified audited balance sheets or Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant turnover certificate, Relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates such as CRAC, OEM certificate stating percentage of local content and locations of local value addition, Valid Udyam Certificate and supporting MSE eligibility documents, Service Centre details near consignee destinations, Relevant certificates including BIS licence, type test certificate and approval certificates
