Supply of 2,940 litres of gear oil and Servo System lubricant oils to Heavy Engineering Corporation Limited, Foundry Forge Plant, Ranchi. Delivery is required within 30 days. EMD is Rs. 5,000; ePBG is not required. Bidder minimum average annual turnover is Rs. 3 lakh, and one year of experience is required. Past performance of 20% of bid quantity applies. Reverse auction and MII and MSE purchase preferences apply.
