Description
IIT Kharagpur invites bids for hiring and arranging furniture and fixtures at the Career Development Centre for Phase-I Placement 2026-27, from 1 December 2026 to 12 December 2026. Requirements include chairs, tables, bedding, dustbins and sofa sets. Quantities may vary by 10%–15%, and billing will be based on actual consumption. Two-bid system; EMD is Rs. 30,000, with exemptions for eligible MSME, NSIC and recognised startup bidders.
