Delhi Development Authority invites bids for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 17 BOQ titles, including electrical components, submersible and vacuum pump sets, valves, starters, cables and LED road/street luminaires. Total quantity is 887. Delivery is 15 days. EMD is Rs. 58,794; ePBG is not required. Bidder minimum average annual turnover is Rs. 14 lakh, past performance is 40% of bid quantity, and MII and MSE purchase preferences apply.
