Description
The Indian Navy invites bids for the supply of 1,950 units of nine Duco paint and related material items to Mumbai. Delivery is required within 120 days. EMD is not required; an ePBG of 5% for 14 months is required. The bid uses total value-wise evaluation and includes reverse auction, Make in India and MSE purchase preferences.

- Documents required: Experience Criteria, Past Performance, Bidder Turnover, Certificate (Requested in ATC), OEM Authorization Certificate, OEM Annual Turnover, Additional Doc 1, Supporting documents for exemption from experience or turnover criteria, if applicable, Certified audited balance sheets or Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant turnover certificate, Relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates (CRAC) supporting experience and past performance, PAN Card, GSTIN, Cancelled Cheque, EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank, Undertaking that the bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings and is not bankrupt, Non Disclosure Declaration Certificate on bidder letterhead, OEM certificate stating percentage of local content and locations of local value addition
