Description
Supply of Digital Mobile Radio equipment and accessories, including repeaters, static/mobile sets, handheld sets and control room application software, for Tamil Nadu Police. Scope includes technical support for establishing the DMR network, maintenance during the warranty period, and support for supply of spares for seven years after warranty expiry.

- Certifications: Valid DPL for quoted DMR equipment, Valid MTCTE certificate for quoted DMR equipment
- Documents required: Certificate of Incorporation or applicable firm registration documents, GST registration certificate and TAN/TIN registration details, if any, PAN card, Audited turnover statement for the last three financial years, certified using Form 8, EMD or valid exemption certificate for the quoted items, Documentary evidence of experience supplying UHF/VHF transceivers for each of the past five years, OEM authorization letter for the proposed DMR solution in India, Purchase/work orders or contract agreements for qualifying radio supply and supporting quantity documents, Performance certificate from the end user confirming satisfactory operation for more than one year, Manufacturer Authorization Form for all quoted items, Audited balance sheets and profit and loss statements for the last three financial years, Income tax returns for the last three financial years, Bank comfort letter and last six-month account statement, Proof of Chennai sales, service and support centre, or undertaking to establish a local office, Affidavit declaring the bidder has not been blacklisted, OEM documentary proof of manufacture/assembly year and end-of-life period, Valid DPL and MTCTE certificates for quoted DMR equipment, or undertaking to produce them during technical evaluation, Declaration of participation as a sole bidder, Forms 1 to 15 in the prescribed formats
