HIL (India) Limited invites bids from seed producers, organizers, registered cooperative societies and seed companies for supplying certified seeds for the Rabi financial year 2026-27, packed in HIL-branded bags, for North East states. Bids may cover all or any listed crops, subject to the minimum quantities specified. Delivery is required within seven days of order confirmation.
