Supply of 140 units across four schedules: 80 Colostomy Kits and 20 each of Wound Manager Small, Medium, and Large. Delivery is to ESIC Medical College, PGIMSR and Model Hospital, Rajajinagar, Bangalore, within 15 days. EMD is required; ePBG is not required. Item-wise evaluation and reverse auction apply.
