- Documents required: Experience Criteria: copies of relevant contracts supporting supply of some quantity during each of the required years, Past Performance: copies of relevant contracts proving supply of 60% of bid quantity in at least one of the last three financial years, Bidder turnover: certified audited balance sheets or a Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant certificate indicating turnover, OEM annual turnover: certified audited balance sheets or a Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant certificate indicating turnover, OEM Authorization Certificate, Certificate requested in ATC, Supporting documents for exemption from experience or turnover criteria, where applicable, Valid drug license from competent authority under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 for manufacture/import to sale, For resellers: valid drug license for sale or distribution and manufacturer's valid drug license, Bidder compliance statement on bidder letterhead, OEM certificate stating percentage of local content and locations of local value addition, Valid Udyam Certificate and supporting documents for MSE purchase preference, where applicable
