- Documents required: Detailed technical specifications/catalogue or illustrated literature and compliance chart, including country of origin, Manufacturer's authorization letter, Blank proforma invoice, Power of Attorney from the foreign OEM to its subsidiary company, where applicable, List of users/institutional installations/government supply orders/reputed private hospitals in India, Copy of manufacturer's license, Acknowledgement supporting uploading of income tax returns for the last three years, GST Registration Certificate, PAN card, TAN card, Bank account details linked with PAN-Aadhaar and updated validation for remittance, MSE Registration Certificate, if applicable, EMD receipt, Pre Contract Integrity Pact Agreement, digitally signed and executed on Rs. 500 non-judicial stamp paper, Undertaking for compliance with Government OMs regarding land-border-sharing countries, Import License and IEC code, for imported items
