Supply of 1200 metric tonnes of commercial-grade Caustic Soda Lye, equivalent to 100% NaOH and conforming to IS 252:1991, to IREL (India) Limited, OSCOM Unit, Odisha. Delivery is required within 120 days of purchase order placement. The bid includes EMD of Rs. 9,00,000, ePBG/security deposit of 5%, and order splitting in a 60:40 ratio.
