Supply of one set of books for the FTSU (CHN) Library at Afloat Support Complex (ASC), CHPA. Delivery is required within 15 days to Chennai. EMD is not required; ePBG of 3% for 2 months is required. The bid uses two-packet evaluation, total-value-wise evaluation, and reverse auction with H1 highest-priced-bid elimination.
