Indian Army procurement of 20 types of diagnostic reagent, calibrator, control and wash packs for the EM 360 fully automated analyzer. Total quantity is 135 units, with delivery to Ranchi within 21 days. Bid validity is 180 days. EMD and ePBG are not required. Minimum average annual turnover requirements are Rs. 3 lakh for the bidder and Rs. 21 lakh for the OEM. Past performance of 80% of bid quantity is required. MII and MSE purchase preferences apply, and a reverse auction is enabled.
