Description
Supply of 200,000 kg of Grade II Ferric Alum in slab form, packed in 20 kg or 25 kg sizes. Delivery is phased in a maximum of six trips, within 30 days of intimation, over a contractual period of one year. The order quantity will be split between two vendors in a 60:40 ratio.

- Documents required: Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss account statement of preceding three years or turnover certificate of preceding three years issued by a Chartered Accountant with UDIN, Relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates such as CRAC supporting experience, Purchase Order copy along with invoices and bidder self-certification that supplies against the invoices have been executed, Execution certificate by client with order value, Other document supporting order execution, such as Third Party Inspection release note, Latest acknowledgement of Income Tax Return, GST Registration certificate, OEM Authorization Certificate, OEM annual turnover documents, Certificate requested in ATC, Additional documents 1, 2 and 3 requested in ATC, Test certificate from manufacturer's lab, NABL-accredited lab or ILAC-accredited lab for each lot, MSDS for each supply
