Description
Supply of 2,550 12V/100Ah SMF VRLA batteries for VHF DMR repeaters and static sets installed across Tamil Nadu, including suitable terminals, terminal covers and interconnecting accessories. Supply is required within 30 days of the purchase order, with a 3-year on-site replacement warranty.

- Documents required: Certificate of Incorporation or registration under the applicable act, GST Registration Certificate and TAN/TIN details, if any, PAN card, Auditor-certified annual average turnover details for the last three financial years, EMD or valid exemption certificate for the quoted items, Documentary evidence of battery supply experience for each of the past five years, Purchase/work orders or contract agreements for qualifying battery supply work, Performance certificate from the end user, Manufacturer Authorization Form for all quoted items, Audited balance sheets and profit and loss statements for the last three financial years, Income tax returns for the last three financial years, Bank comfort letter, Last six-month bank account statement, Proof of sales cum service and support center at Chennai, or undertaking to establish a local office, Affidavit declaring the bidder is not blacklisted, BIS certificate for quoted make and model, JISC8702 or IEC 60896-21 compliance certificate, Documents demonstrating compliance with GFR procurement rules for countries sharing a land border with India, Forms 1 to 15 in the prescribed formats
