Hindustan Aeronautics Limited invites bids for three test rigs: one each for a DC Master Box, AC Master Box and Transformer Rectifier Unit. The scope includes supply, installation, testing, commissioning and operator training. Delivery is to Lucknow within 150 days; installation and commissioning are to be completed within 45 days after site readiness confirmation. Estimated bid value is Rs. 1,58,46,600. EMD and ePBG are not required. The bid uses total-value-wise evaluation and enables reverse auction.
