Description
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of two high-end workstations at IGCAR, Kalpakkam: one GPU-optimized and one RAM-optimized. Delivery is required within 42 days of purchase order placement, with installation and commissioning within 3 days. The workstations include a three-year warranty and training for 10 personnel for one day.

- Documents required: Valid OEM Authorization Certificate, if bidding as an authorized reseller/distributor, Purchase orders or equivalent documentation demonstrating prior supply of similar workstations within the preceding five years, Form 26AS for prior supplies to reputed private companies or institutes, Product catalogues, specifications, certificates and technical manuals, Technical compliance statement in the prescribed Annexure 1 format with supporting OEM datasheets, make and model numbers, product brochures, technical manuals and certificates, Signed and stamped local content self-declaration in the prescribed Annexure XI format, Signed and stamped land-border sharing declaration in the prescribed Annexure XII format, Signed and uploaded bid declaration and declaration forms, EMD payment proof and completed EMD refund format, unless exempt, Valid DPS registration, Udyam registration, NSIC certificate or DPIIT startup recognition documents, if claiming applicable benefits or exemption
