Description
Supply, installation, commissioning, testing, training, warranty support and maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems at identified unmanned repeater stations across Tamil Nadu, including site surveys, cameras, recording and storage equipment, network and power equipment, connectivity, accessories and a state headquarters monitoring setup.

- Documents required: Certificate of Incorporation or applicable registration documents, GST registration certificate and TAN/TIN details, if applicable, PAN card, Auditor-certified Form 8 showing annual average turnover for the last three financial years, Self-declaration confirming participation as a sole bidder, EMD or valid exemption certificate for the quoted items, Documentary evidence of relevant CCTV surveillance or similar project experience, Purchase/work orders or contract agreements and satisfactory performance/work completion/installation certificates, Manufacturer Authorization Form from OEMs for all quoted items, Audited balance sheets and profit and loss statements for the last three financial years, Income tax returns for the last three financial years, Bank comfort letter and last six-month account statement, Proof of sales, service and support centre in Chennai, or undertaking to establish a local office, Notarized affidavit declaring the bidder has not been blacklisted, Documents demonstrating OEM service and support and equipment manufacturing/assembly year, GFR compliance documents concerning procurement from countries sharing a land border with India, Completed Forms 1 to 15 as applicable
