Description
C-MET, Pune invites sealed two-bid tenders from eligible Indian manufacturers or Indian agents of foreign equipment manufacturers for the supply, installation, demonstration and training of an HR-XRD system. Bids are due by 01 December 2026 at 14:00 Hrs, with technical bids opening at 15:00 Hrs. EMD is Rs. 13,50,000 and tender fee is Rs. 2,000.

- Documents required: Partnership deed or memorandum/articles of association, as applicable, Power of attorney, Certified copies of valid latest Income Tax return certificate, Details of service centres, international offices and points of presence, including registration details, if any, List of service providers/customer support stations in India with addresses, phone numbers and contact persons, Documents of previous experience, purchase orders and completion certificates from end users, Details of previous supply and installation experience for similar equipment/systems supplied to Government organizations, with client contact details, Central Ministries or Departments registration for Indian agent of foreign supplier, if applicable, Technical specifications, features, data sheets and brochures of the equipment quoted, User feedback on quality and performance, if supplied to another institute, Technical compliance for all clauses in Section V specifications, Confirmation that the financial bid covers essential and optional items separately, Guarantee Bond for Performance Security Deposit, Manufacturer's Authorization Form, Tender fee payment proof, Duly completed Bid Form and Price Schedule, Country of origin statement and certificate of origin, Detailed technical and performance characteristics, Spare parts and special tools particulars, sources and current prices for three years following commencement of use, Item-by-item technical compliance commentary or statement of deviations and exceptions, Complete equipment configurations, models and modules offered, Bill of material in the technical bid without commercial details
