Description

Supply, erection and commissioning of two 60 Cs vertical turbine axial-flow pumps with 325/350 HP LT motors and associated electro-mechanical works at Pump House ND-2, Narnaul. The BOQ also includes foundation girders, LT cables, lightning protection, an LTDB panel, chemical earthing and safety grating. Eligible bidders are ISO 9001 holder pump/motor manufacturers or their authorized dealers with relevant supply experience.

Providing & fixing by making required size /length at site in pair of MS cross Girder (ISMB) of size 500mmx180mmx10mm for foundation of 60 CS VT Axial Flow pump including supply,fixing & welding on bottom side of ISMB through out length with MS flat of 180mmx20 mm thick. One end of ISMB shall be grouted into wall by making arrangement Of PCC block of suitable size as per weight of pump set of 60 Cs capacity and other end shall be welded with fixing of A.I. Capacity with all accessories as one Incomer ACB 4 pole 1600 Amp. with 3 No. outgoing each suitable for 325/350HP motors each with 4 No fulley automatic ATS starters suitable for operation of 325/350 HP motors with suitable size of contactor rating with designed capacitor bank of suitable capacity capacity with 8 step APFCR, digital display instruments & other allied accessories for automatic as well as manual operation of capacitor bank suitable for 3 Nos. 325/350 HP motors for each panel, with a stand of MS Channel (1 ft. Up from floor) & as per approved technical specification (Annexure-C) with earthing(PH ND-1) — Qty: 1 No.
Providing and fixing of chemical Earthing by digging diameter 200 mm, complete with G.I. electrode with GI strip of suitable length of approx. 500ft. Fabrication i/c welding work of safety grating jaal, trash rack, safety grills, outer jaaletc. For fixing in bay gap of pumps inside PH in different dimensions as per site requirement & as directed with material fabricated with MS Channel 150x75x5 mm/100x50x5mm, MS flat 75x8mm/32x5mm MS angle 40x40x5mm, MS chequered sheet thickness 8mm etc. Make:- Tata/ Jindal/ Sail/Vaizag ( including painting work, any civil work required at site )(PH ND-1 ) — Qty: 5000 Kg.
