India Optel Limited invites bids for the supply, erection, installation, testing and commissioning of one 600 TR centrifugal chiller, including operator training and required statutory clearances. The bid is reserved for Class-I local suppliers, with a minimum 50% local content requirement.

- Documents required: Audited copies of profit and loss statement and balance sheet for last three financial years ending 31.03.2026, Copies of Partnership deeds, Copy of certificate of incorporation and Articles of Association, Copies of ownership documents in respect of manufacturing plant (electricity bill, manufacturing license, lease agreement), General power of attorney in favour of any signatory, other than the owner/head of the firm, Affidavit that the firm has never been banned (not older than 06 months from the date of issue TE), Performance Report/supply orders executed in last 05 year against similar plant and machinery as per attached format (T), Copy of EMD Document or Copies of Valid MSME, Bar chart indicating delivery schedule, completion of erection & commissioning, Technical Catalogue and Model of offered machine, Annexure D, E, F, G, P, T, duly signed and sealed, without price element, PAN & GST Registration, Self declaration certificate for Local Content, including exact local content percentage and locations and scope of local value addition, Undertaking: land and border sharing as per format, OEM Authorization Certificate, OEM Annual Turnover, Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document, Copies of relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates such as CRAC for experience criteria, Copies of relevant contracts proving supply of cumulative order quantity in any one financial year for past performance, Service centre details near consignee destinations, Escalation Matrix of Telephone Numbers for Service Support, Relevant certificates such as BIS licence, type test certificate, approval certificates and other certificates prescribed in the product specification
