- Bubble Washer- • Capacity: Minimum 2500 Kg/Hour • Soaking tank with air piping & perforated sheet. • Vegetables soaked in water soaking area and thoroughly cleaned by high pressure turbo blower to clean soil dust, foreign particles. • Water turbulence is created by pump water circulation. • High pressure Blower of aluminum body mounted on S.S frame to create air bubbles. • Water pump to create turbulence action to push forward the vegetables to elevator. • Provision of Take off elevator. • P.P Belt (food quality) with Product and support flights at minimum 250 mm pitch. • Fresh water is spread on vegetables from top of P.P belt to clean the vegetables. • Pusher Assembly is provided for moving action of vegetables • MOC: S.S 304 • Minimum Electrical Power: o 2 HP Elevator Drive o 5 HP Turbo Blower Drive o 2 HP Centrifugal Pump o 1 HP for pusher assembly — Qty: 1 Nos
