Description
C-MET invites sealed two-bid tenders from eligible Indian manufacturers or Indian agents of foreign equipment manufacturers for the supply, installation, demonstration and training of a Gas Sorption Analyzer (Gravimetric). The tender is submitted offline in separate techno-commercial and financial bids.

- Documents required: Partnership deed or memorandum of articles and associations, certified copy, Power of attorney, Certified copies of valid latest Income Tax return certificate, Details of service centers, international offices and points of presence, including registration details, if any, List of service providers or customer support stations in India with addresses, phone numbers and contact persons, Documents of previous experience, purchase orders and completion certificates from end users, Details of previous experience supplying and installing similar equipment or systems to Government organizations, with client contact details, Copy of registration with Central Ministries or Departments by Indian agent of Foreign Supplier, if applicable, Detailed technical specifications, features, data sheets or brochures of the equipment quoted, User feedback on quality and performance of the item quoted, if supplied to another institute, Technical compliance for all clauses in the technical specifications, Confirmation that the financial bid covers essential and optional items separately, Guarantee Bond for Performance Security Deposit, Manufacturer's Authorization Form, Tender fee payment proof, Bid Form and Price Schedule, Country of origin statement and certificate of origin, List of spare parts and special tools with sources and current prices for three years following commencement of use, Item-by-item technical compliance commentary or statement of deviations and exceptions, Complete equipment configuration details, including model and modules, Bill of material in the technical bid without commercial details
