Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of decorative post top LED luminaire, light die cast housing for indirect light and glare free and better uniformity having light output of minimum 40 watts with IP65 protection rating, suitable for 230V, single phase, 50Hz, AC supply including making necessary provision to the existing poles to suit the diameter of LED fitting and connections with required length of 3 core 1.5 sq.mm flexible copper round cable from the cable looping in box to the fitting including installation, Testing & Commissioning etc. as required. Providing and fixing of thermoplastic cable junction box (IP55/IP65) of size 195 mm X 135 mm x 90 mm with terminals suitable for 6 sqmm cable , metric knockouts for cable entry on the existing pole (with mounting clamps) complete with 1 No. 6 AMPS "C" curve SP MCB i/c connections, testing, commissioning etc. as required. Supplying, fabrication of 3.0 mtrs. height post top light pole made out of 50 mm dia 'B' class ISI marked G.I. pipe with 300x300x6 mm thick GI base plate i/c suitable size nut bolts for fixing of minimum 40 watt post top light fitting i/c. erection in cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 cement + 3 sand + 6 graded stone) aggregate to 40 mm nominal of foundation with cement concrete collor of size 0.40 Mtr dia x 0.30 Mtr height above the ground with suitable size DWC pipe in foundaion/collor for cable entry (incomming & outgoing cable) inclduing excavation & refilling including , painting the exposed surface with two coats of superior quality paints etc. as required. — Qty: 8 each
Supplying and Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured aluminium power cable of 1.1 KV Grade of size 2X6 Sq.mm conf to IS: 7098 (Part-I) direct in ground (0.40 mtr) including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering — Qty: 78 mtr
