Description
Supply of 50 suitcases for the Indian Coast Guard, delivered to ICGS Samarth, Fort Kochi, Ernakulam. The tender comprises two 25-piece schedules with different suitcase specifications. Delivery is required within 90 days. EMD is not required; ePBG is 3% for 29 months.

- Documents required: Copies of relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates like CRAC supporting supply of same or similar category products during the required financial years, Certified audited balance sheets for relevant periods or a Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant certificate indicating bidder turnover, Certified audited balance sheets for relevant periods or a Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant certificate indicating OEM turnover, Certificate requested in ATC, Supporting documents proving eligibility for exemption from experience or turnover criteria, if exemption is sought, Undertaking that the bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings and is not bankrupt, Copy of PAN Card, Copy of GSTIN, Copy of Cancelled Cheque, EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank, OEM certificate stating percentage of local content and locations of local value addition, if claiming Make in India purchase preference, Relevant documentary evidence and valid Udyam Certificate for MSE purchase preference, if claimed
