Description
APEDA invites exporters to bid for allocation of up to 5,841 MT of sugar export quota to the EU under the 2026-27 Tariff Rate Quota. Allocation is based on the highest FOB price in USD per MT, with a maximum of 1,100 MT per bid and 2,900 MT per bidder. Applicants must meet exporter eligibility requirements and submit supporting documents, processing charges, an application fee, and a performance bank guarantee equal to 5% of the applied quantity's FOB value.

- Documents required: Copy of valid IEC code, CA certificate regarding turnover in sugar trade for last three years (2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26), Copy of Proforma Invoice/Contract entered with the importer, Copy of import license issued by the Competent Authority of EU to the importer, Declaration that the exporter has not been blacklisted by any Government Organization, Bank Guarantee in original, Receipt of depositing Processing Charges, Application Fee in the form of Demand Draft for Rs. 23,600/- (inclusive of GST) per bid, Annexure-I tender application
