Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 40 stationary valve regulated lead acid batteries conforming to IS 15549. Delivery is required within 30 days to Hyderabad. Warranty is 2 years. Buy-back cost for old batteries must be deducted from the quoted price.

- Documents required: Experience Criteria, Past Performance, OEM Authorization Certificate, Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC), Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document, Supporting documents to prove eligibility for exemption from Experience / Turnover Criteria, Copies of relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates like CRAC, Copies of relevant contracts proving supply of cumulative order quantity, OEM certificate regarding percentage of local content and locations of local value addition, OEM Warranty certificates, Details of Service Centres near consignee destinations, Compliance to specification, vendor qualification criteria and terms and conditions, Undertaking that bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings and is not bankrupt, Copy of PAN Card, Copy of GSTIN, Copy of Cancelled Cheque, Copy of EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank
