Punjab & Sind Bank invites IRDAI-licensed general insurance companies to provide office package insurance, including Standard Fire and Special Perils, Commercial General Liability, and Burglary insurance for the Bank's assets across India for the period 13 November 2026 to 12 November 2027. Bids are submitted through the GeM portal in separate technical and financial stages.

- Documents required: Copies of IRDAI-issued license, duly attested by Authorized Signatory, Declaration of gross direct premium underwriting for Standard Fire & Special Perils on company letterhead, signed by Authorized Signatory, with supporting documents, Letter of engagement by a Public Sector bank or Scheduled commercial bank, duly verified by Authorized Signatory, Address proof of Delhi/NCR office or branch, duly verified by Authorized Signatory, Self-declaration regarding blacklisting as per Annexure-6, CA Certificate confirming positive net worth for FY 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26, Complete tender (RFP), signed and stamped, Pre-contract Integrity Pact, signed and stamped, Non-Disclosure Agreement as per Annexure-4, Authorization Letter as per Annexure-5, Deed of Indemnity as per Annexure-7, Technical bid as per Annexure-1, Financial bid as per Annexure-2
