Description
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of one spirometer with laptop, printer and PFT filters, including operator training. Delivery is required within 21 days at AIIMS Madurai, Tamil Nadu. The equipment has a 3-year warranty followed by 5 years of comprehensive maintenance.

- Documents required: Experience Criteria, Past Performance, Bidder Turnover, Certificate (Requested in ATC), OEM Authorization Certificate, OEM Annual Turnover, Additional Doc 1, Certified audited balance sheets or a Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant certificate indicating bidder turnover, Relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates (such as CRAC) supporting experience, Relevant contracts supporting past performance, Valid Udyam Certificate and supporting documents for MSE purchase preference, Make in India specific authorisation certificate, Experience certificate for supply to a Government, PSU or renowned private organisation, along with supply/purchase order, Character Certificate from the vendor from the local Police Station, Product demonstration (physical) during technical evaluation, Supporting documents for exemption from experience or turnover criteria, if applicable, Service centre details and service support escalation matrix
