Description
Supply of 30,000 kg of SLAX-30 in three equal lots of 10,000 kg each to NALCO Smelter Plant, Angul, Odisha. The first lot is due within one month of PO issue; subsequent lots are to be delivered at four-month intervals from the previous delivery. EMD and ePBG are not required.

- Documents required: Certificate (Requested in ATC), Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC), Supporting documents to prove eligibility for exemption from Experience / Turnover Criteria, if exemption is sought, Manufacturer Authorization Form/Certificate, wherever applicable, Technical confirmation sheet, Confirmation to commercial terms, ATC & GTC, Duly filled annexures attached under Buyer uploaded ATC document, Duly filled Integrity Pact, wherever applicable, PQC documents, wherever applicable, Documents certified by a practicing CA or Cost Accountant with valid UDIN, where required, Bank Mandate form and cancelled cheque for bidders not registered with NALCO
