Supply of 6,600 packets of single-use sterile rubber surgical gloves conforming to IS 13422 for the Indian Army. Delivery is required within 15 days to Belgaum. EMD and ePBG are not required. Reverse auction is enabled, and MSE purchase preference applies.

- Documents required: Experience Criteria, Past Performance, Bidder Turnover, Certificate (Requested in ATC), OEM Authorization Certificate, OEM Annual Turnover, Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC), Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document from seller, Relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates (such as CRAC), Certified audited balance sheets or a Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant certificate showing OEM turnover, Valid Udyam Certificate and supporting evidence for MSE purchase preference
