Description
Supply of 300 packets of single-use sterile rubber surgical gloves to Rourkela Steel Plant. Delivery is scheduled in two consignments of 150 packets, due 60 and 120 days from the contract start. MSE purchase preference applies; EMD and ePBG are not required.

- Documents required: Certificate (Requested in ATC), Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC), Additional Doc 2 (Requested in ATC), Copy of PAN Card, Copy of GSTIN, Copy of Cancelled Cheque, EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank, Product data sheet, Purchase order for supplies of the same type of material completed in the past 7 years, Proof of supply for the purchase order: GST invoices, GRN copy, or supply completion certificate, Valid manufacturing licence from competent authority, WHO GMP Certificate of the original OEM, Self declaration certificate accepting all GeM bid terms and conditions, Commercial Checklist – Annexure 1, Format for Undertaking – Annexure 2, Local Content Confirmation from OEM
