Description
Expression of Interest to shortlist food aggregators for supplying and delivering passengers’ pre-ordered meals at railway stations through IRCTC e-Catering. The EOI is open throughout the year. Applicants must pay a refundable performance guarantee of Rs. 2,00,000 and a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 1,180. Shortlisting is for three years.

- Documents required: Performance Guarantee payment details, Memorandum and Articles of Association and certificate of incorporation, if a company, Partnership registration certificate, partner details and notarized partnership deed, if a partnership firm, Supporting HUF documents, if applicable, Proprietor self-declaration, if applicable, PAN card copy, Valid FSSAI license in the applicant firm's name with e-Commerce service category, Website or mobile application address and name used for e-commerce operations, DIPP/DPIT Startup Recognition certificate or MSE Udyam Registration certificate including e-Commerce service category, if applicable, Valid agreements on Rs. 100 non-judicial stamp paper with at least 20 non-railway F&B vendors in 20 different cities/locations, Valid FSSAI licenses of the F&B operators, Chartered Accountant certificate indicating commission/service charge/royalty received from F&B vendors in 20 cities, Chartered Accountant certificate confirming at least one year of meal/food delivery experience through e-commerce/allied platforms, Last completed financial year's audited balance sheet and profit and loss account certified by a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Accountant certificate for catering-business turnover or GMV, Complete EOI application and supporting eligibility documents, uploaded and digitally signed by the authorized signatory
