Selection of a system integrator to supply, install, configure, test and commission two 30 KVA online UPS systems in redundant N+1 configuration at EdCIL's corporate office in Noida, including batteries, synchronizer card, battery racks, interconnections, training, documentation and five years of comprehensive onsite warranty and maintenance.

- Documents required: Attested copy of Certificate of Incorporation, Copies of audited balance sheets and profit and loss statements for the last three financial years ending 31/03/2025, Turnover statement as per prescribed format at Annexure-XIII, Copies of work orders/purchase orders for qualifying UPS supply and installation experience, PAN certificate, GST Registration certificate, Undertaking in prescribed format at Annexure X confirming the bidder has not been banned, delisted or debarred, Self-attested document on bidder letterhead providing local office/authorized representative/dealer address and contact number in Delhi/NCR, EMD in the form of Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee, or MSME registration certificate to claim EMD exemption, Annexures I to XII as per the RFP, Power of Attorney for the authorized signatory, Technical compliance sheet, Financial proposal in the prescribed format, Complete Bill of Material specifying make, model, part number and quantity
