Bhopal Smart City intends to appoint an operator to design, develop, implement, operate, and maintain paid parking facilities during Bhopal Utsav Mela 2026 at Dusshera Maidan and surrounding streets. The scope includes marking parking spaces, erecting hoardings, providing payment mechanisms, managing safety/security, deploying manpower, and handing over the facility post-event. The project duration is approximately 47 days, with rates for parking charges specified. Eligibility requires registration in India, experience managing parking for at least 1000 vehicles, and no blacklisting.
