Domestic competitive bidding to select a Mine Developer and Operator to finance, explore, plan, develop, operate, manage and maintain the Tangardihi North coal mine, including exploration, clearances, mine development, coal production and delivery. The contract period is 25 years from completion of Phase-I activities.
