Description
Expression of Interest to shortlist eligible consultants for the subsequent RFP to provide institutional strengthening, e-Governance solution design, and project management consultancy support to the Department of Mines & Minerals, Government of Assam. The assignment includes institutional and functional review, design of an integrated mining and mineral e-Governance solution, procurement support, and PMC during implementation. Parts A and B are expected to be completed within 9 months of contract award; PMC support is for the SI implementation period and stabilization, typically 24–36 months.

- Documents required: Covering Letter (Annexure 1), Applicant's Data Sheet (Annexure 2), CA Certificate of average annual turnover and experience (Annexure 3), Power of Attorney appointing the signatory (Annexure 4), Declaration with respect to non-blacklisting and debarment, notarized on non-judicial stamp paper (Annexure 5), Work completion/satisfaction certificates from clients establishing claimed experience, Self-attested GST registration, PAN, and PF & ESI registration certificates, Consortium/Joint Venture agreement, if applicable, Undertaking on Compliance with World Bank Fraud and Anti-Corruption Guidelines, Self-Undertaking for Payment of Statutory Taxes, Original Power of Attorney authorizing the signatory, Bank Guarantee, if applicable
