Description
PMDA seeks a consultant to provide concept planning, detailed design, DPR and BOQ preparation, bid process support, and construction-stage consultancy/design review for rejuvenation and integrated development of nine parks, nineteen greenbelts and fifteen roundabouts in Panchkula. Selection is through QCBS (70:30), with a two-bid system and a fixed lump-sum professional fee. Stage I is 24 weeks; Stage II is linked to the execution period or up to 12 months, extendable as required.
