Description
Maharashtra Maritime Board invites bids from eligible advertising agencies to design, construct, install, operate and maintain three back-to-back illuminated hoardings at Gaimukh Promenade, Mumbai, on a DBFOM basis. The successful bidder will pay a minimum annual license fee of ₹88,74,700 plus the premium quoted in the financial bid. The license period is up to ten years, following a six-month period for obtaining permissions and approvals.

- Documents required: PAN, GST Registration, Audited Balance Sheets for the last three financial years, Audited Profit & Loss Statements / Annual Reports for the last three financial years, Statutory Auditor/Chartered Accountant certificate supporting average annual turnover, Statutory Auditor/Chartered Accountant certificate of positive net worth, Documents evidencing completion/execution of eligible Similar Works, No Dues Certificate from MMB, if the bidder has done prior work with MMB, Declaration regarding blacklisting/debarment and criminal proceedings, Power of Attorney for signing of bid, Letter of Proposal, Details of Bidder, Technical Capacity of the Bidder, Financial Capacity of the Bidder, Details of Eligible Projects
