Description
Maharashtra Maritime Board invites bids from eligible advertising agencies to design, finance, construct, install, operate, maintain and eventually dismantle one back-to-back illuminated hoarding at Vashi Bridge, Navi Mumbai. The license is awarded to the highest financial bid (H-1), quoted as a premium above the minimum license fee. The license period is up to ten years, following a six-month period for obtaining approvals.

- Documents required: PAN registration, GST registration, Audited balance sheets for the last three financial years, duly stamped and signed, Audited profit and loss statements or annual reports for the last three financial years, duly stamped and signed, Statutory Auditor/Chartered Accountant certificate supporting average annual turnover, Statutory Auditor/Chartered Accountant certificate of positive net worth, Documents evidencing qualifying similar works awarded by a Government Authority, PSU or Local Body, No Dues Certificate from MMB, if the bidder has done prior work with MMB, Declaration that the bidder is not blacklisted or debarred, Declaration regarding pending or ongoing criminal proceedings, Power of Attorney for signing of bid, Details of bidder, Technical capacity of the bidder, Financial capacity of the bidder, Details of eligible projects, Letter of Proposal
