Description
Maharashtra Maritime Board invites bids from eligible advertising agencies to design, finance, install, operate, maintain and eventually dismantle one back-to-back illuminated hoarding at Carter Road, Mumbai. The successful bidder will pay the minimum license fee and the premium quoted in the financial bid. The license period is up to ten years, following a six-month period for obtaining permissions and approvals.

- Certifications: Structural design and calculations approved by a licensed structural engineer and vetted by IIT Mumbai or another agency approved by the Authority, Annual Safety Compliance Certificates vetted by IIT Mumbai or another agency approved by MMB, Public Liability Insurance policy during the license period
- Documents required: PAN, GST Registration, Audited balance sheets for the last three financial years, duly stamped and signed, Audited profit and loss statements or annual reports for the last three financial years, duly stamped and signed, Statutory Auditor/Chartered Accountant certificate supporting average annual turnover, Statutory Auditor/Chartered Accountant certificate of positive net worth, Documents evidencing completion/execution of qualifying similar works awarded by a Government Authority, PSU or Local Body, No Dues Certificate from MMB, if the bidder has done prior work with MMB, Declaration regarding blacklisting/debarment and pending criminal proceedings, Bidder details and supporting documents listed in the tender document annexures
