Description
Maharashtra Maritime Board invites eligible advertising agencies to design, finance, construct, install, operate and maintain two floating single-faced illuminated advertisement barges at Vasai Creek near Ghodbunder Junction Road Bridge on a DBFOM basis. The successful bidder is selected by the highest financial bid, subject to eligibility and other tender conditions.

- Certifications: Structural design and calculations approved by a licensed structural engineer and vetted by IIT Mumbai or another agency approved by the Authority, Annual Safety Compliance Certificates vetted by IIT Mumbai or another agency approved by MMB, Public Liability Insurance policy as prescribed by MMB during the license period
- Documents required: Valid PAN registration, GST Registration, Audited Balance Sheets for the last three financial years, all pages duly stamped and signed, Audited Profit & Loss Statements / Annual Reports for the last three financial years, all pages duly stamped and signed, Statutory Auditor/Chartered Accountant certificate supporting average annual turnover, Statutory Auditor/Chartered Accountant certificate of positive net worth, Documents evidencing qualifying similar work awarded by a Government Authority, PSU or Local Body, No Dues Certificate from MMB, if the bidder has done prior work with MMB, Bidder declaration regarding blacklisting, debarment and criminal proceedings, Power of Attorney for signing of bid, Letter of Proposal, Details of Bidder, Technical Capacity of the Bidder, Financial Capacity of the Bidder, Details of Eligible Projects
