Selection of an eligible advertising agency to design, finance, construct, install, operate and maintain one floating single-faced illuminated advertisement barge at Worli Jetty under a DBFOM license. The successful bidder is selected based on the highest financial bid, with a minimum annual license fee of ₹31,63,226.

- Documents required: Valid PAN registration, GST registration, Other applicable statutory registrations, Audited balance sheets for the last three financial years, duly stamped and signed, Audited profit and loss statements or annual reports for the last three financial years, duly stamped and signed, Statutory Auditor/Chartered Accountant certificate supporting average annual turnover, Statutory Auditor/Chartered Accountant certificate of positive net worth, Documents and evidence for eligible similar works, No Dues Certificate from MMB, if the bidder has done prior work with MMB, Declaration regarding blacklisting, debarment and pending criminal proceedings
