Description
Maharashtra Maritime Board invites bids from eligible advertising agencies to design, finance, construct, install, operate and maintain one floating single-faced illuminated advertisement barge at Mandwa Terminal on a DBFOM basis. The successful bidder will be selected by the highest financial bid (H-1). The maximum license period is ten years, following a six-month period for obtaining permissions and approvals.

- Documents required: PAN, GST Registration, Audited balance sheets for the last three financial years, duly stamped and signed, Audited profit and loss statements or annual reports for the last three financial years, duly stamped and signed, Statutory Auditor/Chartered Accountant certificate supporting average annual turnover, Statutory Auditor/Chartered Accountant certificate confirming positive net worth, Documents evidencing similar work experience awarded by a Government Authority, PSU or Local Body, No Dues Certificate from MMB, if the bidder has done prior work with MMB, Declaration that the bidder is not blacklisted or debarred, Declaration regarding pending or ongoing criminal proceedings, Power of Attorney for signing of bid, Letter of Proposal, Details of Bidder, Technical Capacity of the Bidder, Financial Capacity of the Bidder, Details of Eligible Projects
