Description
Maharashtra Maritime Board invites bids from eligible advertising agencies to design, construct, install, operate and maintain two floating single-faced illuminated advertisement barges at Airoli Road. The selected agency will pay a minimum monthly license fee of ₹8,52,522, with the license period up to ten years after a six-month approvals period.

- Documents required: PAN, GST Registration, Audited Balance Sheets for the last three financial years, duly stamped and signed, Audited Profit & Loss Statements / Annual Reports for the last three financial years, duly stamped and signed, Statutory Auditor/Chartered Accountant certificate supporting average annual turnover, Statutory Auditor/Chartered Accountant certificate of positive net worth, Documents and details evidencing eligible similar works, No Dues Certificate from MMB, if the bidder has done prior work with MMB, Declaration that the bidder is not blacklisted or debarred, Declaration regarding pending or ongoing criminal proceedings, Power of Attorney for signing of bid, Letter of Proposal, Details of Bidder, Technical Capacity of the Bidder, Financial Capacity of the Bidder, Details of Eligible Projects
