The Rajasthan government, through RISL, seeks to select an RBI-authorized Payment Gateway Aggregator (Meta Integration Partner) to enable secure digital payment collection via the e-Mitra WhatsApp platform. The project involves integrating payment APIs supporting UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and providing real-time transaction confirmation, security, dashboard, settlement, and support services for a period of three years.
