Description
Supply of 700 secondary lithium cells and batteries for portable application conforming to IS 16047 (Part 3). Delivery is to 27 Special Composite Group, National Security Guard, Nedunkundram, Kanchipuram, Chennai. EMD and ePBG are not required. Bid validity is 180 days; reverse auction is enabled.

- Documents required: Copies of relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates (such as CRAC) supporting experience criteria, Copies of relevant contracts proving supply of cumulative order quantity in any one financial year for past performance, Certified audited balance sheets or a Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant certificate indicating OEM turnover, Certificate from the OEM regarding percentage of local content and locations of local value addition, Supporting documents to prove eligibility for exemption from experience or turnover criteria, if applicable, Undertaking that the bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership, bankrupt, or similar proceedings, Three product samples for physical technical evaluation
