Supply of 10,360 litres of rust removing solution conforming to JSS-8030-5-1993 for Yantra India Limited, Ordnance Factory Bhusawal. Delivery is required within 45 days. The solution must meet the stated concentration, temperature, immersion-time and specific-gravity requirements; a 100-litre pilot sample and practical trial are required before bulk supply.

Bhusawal, Test certificate from a NABL/Government laboratory conforming to the specification, OEM certificate stating percentage of local content and locations of local value addition, Undertaking confirming bidder financial standing and that the bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership, bankruptcy or similar proceedings, Signed bidder undertaking confirming compliance with specification, delivery period, option clause, inspection clause, financial standing and non-involvement in cartel formation, Supporting documents for any claimed exemption from experience or turnover criteria
