Empanelment of OEMs to design, engineer, manufacture, supply, transport, install, test, commission, train, provide warranty, and comprehensively operate and maintain decentralized renewable energy-powered micro cold storage systems at beneficiary locations across Maharashtra. Empanelment is for two years, extendable by up to one year; it does not guarantee project awards.

- Documents required: Certificate of Incorporation/Registration, Partnership Deed, LLP Registration Certificate, UDYAM Registration (where applicable), or other valid registration document, Work Orders/Purchase Orders, Completion Certificates, Commissioning Certificates, Client Performance/Operational Certificates, Audited Financial Statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Schedules and Notes to Accounts, for the last three completed financial years, certified by a Chartered Accountant, CA Certificate, Declaration confirming compliance with all eligibility requirements, MAHAPREIT Vendor Registration Application and proof of payment of the prescribed Vendor Registration Fee, Proof of payment/receipts for applicable fees and deposits, including Bid Processing Fee and EMD, or valid documentary evidence supporting an EMD exemption, Power of Attorney/Board Resolution for the authorized representative
